Polly Fenner studied at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. She lived and worked in Springfield, Massachusetts where she was a member of the Springfield Art League and head designer for Steigers Department Store. Her grandmother Ethelyn K. Fenner was also an artist in the nineteenth century. This is one of several works that we purchased from the artist's estate in 1999. 18" x 24" Frame is 24" x 30".
