A contemporary of Antonio DeVity, Eduard Cortes and Antoine Blanchard, Evan Eugene painted the environs of Paris in the 1960s. Notice the beautiful Sgraffito decoration on the frame. Approx. 28" x 13". Outside frame dimensions are 35" x 20". Frame is of a newer make than the painting. This is an original oil painting, not a copy or print.
