This exquisite work is by my good friend and colleague Tom Wagner. I have enjoyed it now for 24 years. But alas, it is time for me to sell everything, even my favorites. Every time I look at this beautiful painting, I envision Renoir sitting near his home envisioning his next masterpiece. Tom painted this in New York in the 1990s in Madison Square Park near the iconic Flat Iron Building.
Tom Wagner is an extremely accomplished artist and retired paintings restorer in Naples, FL. His work is in many prominent collections, and he has had works commissioned in the tens of thousands of dollars.
